πΈ Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and verify the item, refund will be processed in 5β7 business days
- Refunds go to original payment method
- COD orders: refund via UPI / bank transfer
π Exchange Rules (Size/Variant/Design)
- Exchange is allowed only if the requested variant is in stock
- If out of stock, you can choose:
- Another product of equal value, or
- Refund (as per refund rules)
π¦ Pickup / Shipping
- If pickup is available in your area, weβll arrange it.
- Otherwise, weβll share the return address + instructions.
Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted unless the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item).
β‘ Wrong / Damaged Product?
If you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged:
- Share an unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery
- Weβll replace it ASAP.
