  • Once we receive and verify the item, refund will be processed in 5–7 business days
  • Refunds go to original payment method
  • COD orders: refund via UPI / bank transfer

  • Exchange is allowed only if the requested variant is in stock
  • If out of stock, you can choose:
    • Another product of equal value, or
    • Refund (as per refund rules)

  • If pickup is available in your area, we’ll arrange it.
  • Otherwise, we’ll share the return address + instructions.

Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted unless the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item).

⚑ Wrong / Damaged Product?

If you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged:

  • Share an unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll replace it ASAP.
